At Athentiq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
